Rock and Roll Themed Restaurant Sparks Up Las Vegas Arts District

I recently discovered this super cool, neon-pink signed little restaurant, thanks to a friend (thanks Dawn!), and it’s my new favorite place. I’m drooling thinking about it.

You first walk in and you’re not quite sure if it’s a music store or a restaurant because of all the records hanging on the wall, but that’s what makes this place so unique. The owner, Brien McEahern, loves music and always dreamed of opening up his own restaurant. After working in the restaurant industry for so long, he finally put his two passions together and made it happen. How cool is that?

Try The Rock and Roll Themed Restaurant!

They serve noodles here, as you could probably guess. But what kind of noodles? Pretty much every kind. There are Italian style noodle dishes like spaghetti and meatballs titled “Great Balls of Fire” and this spaghetti dish is definitely spicy! There are southern-style dishes, like the “Sweet Home Alabama” (this is my all-time fave!), which is smoked Gouda macaroni and cheese topped with popcorn chicken and a swirl of barbecue sauce. There are even Asian style noodles like the “Everybody Wang Chung Tonight” which are Chinese style pan fried noodles served with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, and chicken in an oyster sauce. It’s so clever how each dish perfectly depicts its musically related name!

Everybody loves a good hole in the wall with some amazing comfort food and Rock ‘N’oodles is it. It’s located off the main street in the Arts District, the owner is genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere is so chill you feel like you know everyone here.

Why have I never noticed this cute little laid back restaurant before? I’m sure I’ve walked by it a hundred times hanging out around the Arts District on First Friday. I’ve totally been missing out. But either way, it’s always a delight to discover a new tasty spot for when my stomach starts to rumble.

If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend trying it. And if you don’t want to go alone, I’d be more than happy to take you.
