Please read carefully our terms and conditions for participating in a food tour below. 

Food allergies and restrictions

You must inform us immediately of any food allergies or food restrictions upon making your reservation. Please note that we will try our best to accommodate, however, there are no guarantees that there are substitutions for any or all of the dishes. Substitutions may not reflect the original tasting. After the tour begins, we are unable to make any substitutions. There are no refunds for any dish that could not be substituted due to food restrictions, food allergies, and/or food preferences. 

Consuming alcohol in the State of Nevada

You must be at least 21 years of age to drink alcohol in the state of Nevada. Any person who orders a cocktail package must present a valid form of ID showing that he/she is at least 21 years of age on the day of the tour. If under any circumstance you fail to present a valid form of ID or are not of legal drinking age, you will not be able to consume any alcoholic drinks on the tour and you will not be granted a refund.

Photos and Videos

Your Taste Buzz Food Tours guide uses his/her camera to take pictures and videos during the tour. In addition to offering a souvenir photo of the group, some photos are candid. Taste Buzz Food Tours may use these photos for social media, online, and/or for print.  

Waivers

Each participant must sign a waiver before the tour begins. 

Refunds and exchanges

Individual ticket sales

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. There are no refunds nor exchanges for cancellations made within 72 hours or less from your tour time. 

Private party and group reservations

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your tour date and time. The remaining balance is due five days prior to the commencement of your tour. Refunds and/or exchanges for cancellations will not be granted after the deposit or final payment has been accepted. Please make any adjustments to your reservation at your earliest convenience.
