Private & Corporate Tour Terms & Conditions

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tour date and time.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the tour date.
At the time final payment is due, we will confirm the final guest count and any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
The deposit is applied toward the total tour cost. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is retained by Taste Buzz Food Tours.

All private tour quotes are estimates and are subject to change until a deposit is received.
Pricing is not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed with a paid deposit.

Tour routes, stops, and tastings are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.
When changes occur, Taste Buzz Food Tours will make reasonable efforts to replace a stop or tasting with a comparable experience.

Each tour has a required minimum number of guests. Most tours require a minimum of 10 guests, though this may vary by tour.
Pricing varies depending on the selected tour experience.
If fewer than the minimum number of guests attend, the reservation will still be charged at the minimum guest count.

The guest count may decrease after the final payment deadline; however, pricing will remain the same.
Food tastings will be provided only for guests who check in and participate in the tour.

Requests to add guests after final payment must be made as soon as possible and prior to the tour.
Additional guests are subject to a $10 per person fee and availability.
Additional guests are not guaranteed and must be paid for before the tour begins.

Groups should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
All participants must sign a waiver prior to participating in the tour.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or reservations booked on the incorrect date.
If guests arrive late, Taste Buzz Food Tours will do its best to accommodate; however, the tour may be modified to remain on schedule. Modifications may include shortened stops or omitted tastings.
Groups arriving more than one hour late may forfeit the tour without refund.

Tours operate rain or shine. Guests should come prepared for weather conditions.
In the event of dangerous or unsafe weather, Taste Buzz Food Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour.

Rebooking requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Availability is not guaranteed for any requested date, time, or tour experience.
Taste Buzz Food Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rebooking requests but is under no obligation to move a reservation if the requested change cannot be accommodated.
Rebooked tours must take place within 30 days of the original tour date and are intended for schedule changes during the guest’s stay.
If a requested new date or time is unavailable, the original reservation terms remain in effect.

Rebooking Fees

60 days or more prior: $200 rebooking fee or 10% of the total tour cost, whichever is higher
30 days or more prior: $350 rebooking fee or 10% of the total tour cost, whichever is higher
14 days or more prior: $500 rebooking fee or 10% of the total tour cost, whichever is higher
Under 14 days prior: No changes, rebooking, or refunds permitted

If Taste Buzz Food Tours must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
Taste Buzz Food Tours is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, including travel or lodging costs.

Allergies and dietary restrictions must be submitted by the final payment deadline.
We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible; however, accommodations are not guaranteed.
Requests received after the deadline may not be accommodated.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages in the State of Nevada.
Guests who purchase or participate in a beverage package are required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.
Taste Buzz Food Tours and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at their discretion, including but not limited to failure to present valid ID or visible intoxication. No refunds will be issued for refused service.

Transportation services, when included, are provided by third-party transportation companies.
Transportation quotes are estimates and are subject to change until a deposit is received.
Pricing includes direct transportation only from the agreed-upon pickup location to the agreed-upon drop-off location.
Additional charges may apply for extended ride times, added stops, excessive wait times, spills, damage, cleaning fees, or any fees imposed by the transportation provider.
Any additional transportation-related charges are the responsibility of the booking party and may be billed after the tour.
Taste Buzz Food Tours is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party transportation providers.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, vendors, and fellow participants.
Taste Buzz Food Tours reserves the right to remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving in an unsafe manner. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

All participants, including minors, must sign a waiver prior to the tour.
Guests who do not complete the waiver will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.
